It was a total treat to give Deputy Mayor of the London Borough of Southwark, Cllr Naima Ali, a sneak preview of The Bottle Factory.

Our new home for urban industry, makers and creatives, on the Old Kent Road, has been quietly bustling back to life, following works to bring the beautiful, light-filled, heritage warehouse back into modern, sustainable use.

An incredible community is already taking shape, in keeping with the Old Kent Road’s industrial and creative past, present and future – with 1-6 person studios, light industrial workshops and office spaces up to 13,000 sqft, all filling fast.

Cllr Ali was so taken with our sensitive restoration of the building that she snapped up one of the studio spaces herself!

More to share soon on The Bottle Factory trailblazers – we can’t wait to introduce you!

A beautiful, light-filled, Victorian warehouse, set in a cobbled courtyard, seeped in the manufacturing history of the Old Kent Road – lovingly restored to reveal a rich mix of spaces, full of character and industrial heritage.
