Founded in 2016, Fabrix is a multi award winning vertically integrated real estate investment platform, specialising in bringing value to underutilised and overlooked urban spaces. Through a fresh approach to finance, technology, and architecture, Fabrix is pioneering a highly flexible model of urban investment and development.

Our Team

We are a diverse team with private equity, consultancy and fund management backgrounds. However, what makes us special is our one-team mentality and uncompromising desire to make meaningful lasting impact in everything we do.

Managing Partner

Clive is the founder of Fabrix and is responsible for maintaining and driving strategy and execution.

Prior to Fabrix, he held positions as Head of Investment at a European Private Equity business, Fund Manager at Canada Life and Asset Manager at Telereal Trillium.

Clive holds a certificate in Property Investment from the University of Cambridge and a degree in Estate Management. He is a professional member of the RICS and a member of the IPF.

Partner

Louis is a member of the founding team at Fabrix. He is responsible for driving the investment and asset management strategies for the company.

Prior to Fabrix, he was an Investment Manager alongside Clive launching and delivering investment strategies across the UK and Europe.

Louis holds a degree in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University.

Director - Corporate Finance

Colin is part of the corporate team responsible for fund management, capital structuring and accounting activities.

Prior to Fabrix, he was at Canada Life Investments managing a real estate debt portfolio of £1.5bn.  He has also worked at Lloyds Banking Group and Bank of Scotland.

Colin holds a degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of Glasgow and is a member of the ICAS.

Director

Josh is responsible for investment and development acquisitions and analysis.

Prior to Fabrix, he was part of the investment team at a European Private Equity business and was responsible for underwriting of acquisitions across UK and Europe.

Josh holds a master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University. He also holds a degree in Business from the University of Surrey.

Senior Associate - Investment

Hannah is part of the investment team responsible for analysing new investment and development opportunities.

Prior to Fabrix, she worked in the London commercial development team at Savills.

Hannah holds a degree in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge and is a professional member of the RICS.

Vice President - Investment

Morgan is part of the investment team responsible for execution of new investment and development opportunities.

Prior to Fabrix, he held positions within the real estate consulting and real estate development teams at Deloitte.

Morgan holds a master’s degree in Real Estate from Henley Business School and a degree in Geography & Business from the University of Nottingham. He is also a professional member of the RICS.

DIRECTOR - SUSTAINABLE INVESTING

Helen is responsible for steering corporate sustainability ambition, fund-wide and asset-specific strategies and disclosure, and addressing holistic environmental and sustainability performance.

She brings over 20 years experience of advancing sustainable development in the built environment and previously held roles as Head of Sustainable Capital and Head of Sustainability at CBRE Advisory overseeing investor ESG services across real estate portfolios totalling over £23bn AUM.

Helen holds a Certificate in Sustainable Finance from the University of Cambridge and an MSc and BSc from Imperial College.

Project Director

Alistair is responsible for overseeing delivery of large-scale development at Fabrix.

He has over 30 years’ experience delivering major commercial and residential schemes across London and Europe. Prior to Fabrix Alistair held previous senior positions delivering world-class projects with British Land, DMP and Gardiner & Theobald.

Alistair holds a master’s in Engineering from the University of Leeds.

 

Director - Impact

Debbie is responsible for external affairs, social impact, engagement and partnerships. She leads on Fabrix’s contribution to enhancing our urban environment and strengthening its position as London’s most progressive developer.

Prior to Fabrix she was Managing Director of New London Architecture and played an instrumental role over 16 years establishing it as the pre-eminent centre for debate about London’s built environment.

Debbie holds a degree in Politics from the University of Manchester and is a Trustee of the Quality of Life Foundation.

Senior Associate - Impact

Chris is part of the teams responsible for brand, marketing, developing and managing operational assets as well as leading cultural and community-led engagement.

Prior to Fabrix, he held positions at Allpress Espresso as Business Development, Technical, Training and Operations Manager, and General Manager at Beach House Restaurant, with over 15 years of experience across the Food & Beverage industry.

Chris holds a Certificate in Hospitality and Music Performance from the Gordon Institute of TAFE.

Senior Associate - Corporate Finance

Thea is part of the corporate team responsible for fund management and accounting activities.

Prior to Fabrix, she was a part of the Financial Planning and Analysis team at Logicor.

Thea holds a degree in Economics and Spanish from the University of Exeter and is a member of CIMA.

Senior Corporate Finance Manager

Matt is part of the corporate team responsible for fund management, corporate investment and capital structuring activities.

Prior to Fabrix, he was a Senior Analyst at private equity firm Coller Capital, and previously spent five years at Deloitte within the Equity Capital Markets group working with high growth media and technology companies.

Matt holds a degree in Mathematics from Durham University and is a member of the ICAEW.

Personal Assistant

Flora is the Personal Assistant to the wider team responsible for ensuring administrative support.

Prior to Fabrix, she worked as a Team Assistant for the Lettings Team in the Residential Mayfair Office at Savills.

Flora holds a degree in History of Art from Oxford Brookes University

Project Director

Richard is responsible for overseeing delivery of large-scale development at Fabrix.

Richard has spent most of his career working for large property companies both in the UK and overseas, including holding senior executive positions with British Land and ITV plc. He has a passion for sustainable development helping project teams maximise opportunities to reduce the environmental impact of schemes.

Richard holds an MBA from Herriot Watt University.

Associate - Asset Management

Oskar is part of the asset management team responsible for leasing and driving value in the existing portfolio.

Prior to Fabrix, he was a Sales Manager at a central London estate agency overseeing operations across two branches.

Oskar holds an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading and an MSc in Business Administration from the University of Vienna.

Senior Associate - Investment

Judge is responsible for analysing new investment opportunities at Fabrix.

Prior to Fabrix, Judge was a Senior Associate at Goldman Sachs in the Asset and Wealth Management Division where he worked for four years and transacted on over £1bn in real estate across Australia. Prior to this, Judge spent two years working for Goldman Sachs’ Investment Banking Division in New Zealand, specialising in mergers and acquisitions.

Judge holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Otago and a Master of Applied Finance and Economics from The University of Canterbury.

Branding and Communications


Jamie advises the team on the creation of project brand identities and positioning, playing a key role in shaping core messaging, stakeholder narratives and B2B/B2C communications.

With 14 years in TV media, and 13 focussed on pioneering hospitality concepts, including a CMO role at Soho House, Jamie has worked on a wide variety of hotel, restaurant, retail, residential and corporate entities, helping them define their stories, voices and reasons for being.

Jamie holds a joint honours degree in Biological Sciences and Psychology from the University of Exeter.

Office Manager

Sophie is the Office Manager, responsible for the smooth running of office operations and general administration.

Prior to joining Fabrix Sophie worked as a hotel duty manager and event coordinator, as well as a property sales negotiator for Douglas & Gordan.

Senior Asset Manager

Rich is responsible for driving value in the existing portfolio through asset management and leasing.

Prior to Fabrix, Rich worked in the Asset Management team at Derwent London, focusing on Central London.

Rich holds a degree in Real Estate from Reading University and is a member of the RICS.

Analyst - Corporate Finance

Kyle is part of the corporate team responsible for fund management and accounting activities.

Prior to Fabrix, Kyle was a postgraduate student with a focus on Investment Management and Fundamental Analysis.

Kyle holds a master’s in Wealth Management from the Queen Mary University of London and a bachelor’s in Aeronautical Engineering from the City, University of London

Senior Development Manager

Paul is part of the development team responsible for the vision and delivery of projects.

Prior to Fabrix, he was an Associate at Savills within the London commercial development team.

Paul holds a degree in Architecture from the University of Cambridge and is a professional member of the RICS.

Design Manager

Chris is responsible for designing and delivering hospitality offerings and providing creative input into branding and design language across various projects.

Specialising in designing unique hospitality spaces for both public and private use he has delivered a wide range of projects including Margate’s Dreamland as Creative Director.

Chris holds a master’s degree in Production Design from Central Saint Martins and a degree in Interior Architecture from Kingston University.

Partner - Industrial Open Storage

Nicholas oversees Fabrix’s Industrial Open Storage activities, as well as raising and structuring equity and debt.

Prior to Fabrix, Nicholas was Principal at Blackstone where his experience included more than €12 billion of private and public markets acquisitions in the U.K. and Europe. He has over 12 years in the real estate investing industry having previously held posts at Mount Kellett and Hines.

Nicholas holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering from The Cooper Union, an MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Director - Industrial Open Storage

Matt is responsible for leading the Industrial and Logistics strategies at Fabrix.

Prior to Fabrix, Matt was a Senior Acquisition Manager at M7 Real Estate, an Oxford Properties portfolio company, transacting over €2.5bn across the UK and Europe.

He has over a decade of experience in real estate, having previously worked at Arax Properties and EY.

Matt holds a degree in Politics from the University of Nottingham and trained as a Chartered Accountant.

 

Vice President - Industrial Open Storage

Hayden is responsible for driving new Industrial Open Storage investment opportunities at Fabrix.

Prior to Fabrix, Hayden was a Senior Associate at Blackstone, transacting over £7bn across the UK and Europe. He has over five years of experience in real estate, having previously worked at Blackstone and Starwood Capital.

Hayden holds a degree in Economics from University College London and a masters in Finance from London Business School.
