15 Rathbone is one of the most impressive office buildings in Fitzrovia. It was acquired as the Fabrix HQ as it is a building that represents the principles of what makes a great building. Asset Management Strategy

Acquired as Fabrix HQ the vision was to refurbish the property to create a contemporary loft-inspired workspace. The Fabrix ethos is echoed throughout the refurbishment, restoring the original brickwork and features of the building. The whole building is let to Fabrix with sub-tenants in the basement, ground to first floors.
