Cultivating the soil for social and ecological transformation in Berlin. Steeped in 100 years of story telling, the site is preparing to welcome a wider group of tenants, in addition to commercial film production. Soulful activists, engaged media professionals, co-shapers of sustainable urban food systems, human rights and democracy organisations – all gathering under the motto of  ‘Celebrating Soul, Soil and Society’. The intention for transforming the buildings is to create a beautiful green space including food production, and in general to improve the sustainability of the site.

Redevelopment & refurbishment of a 6 acre office and film studio campus in Berlin.

The next steps for the site is for it to pioneer the future of farming, food, finance, film, leadership, education and other sectors that benefit from direct democratic participation. The space will incorporate the elements of a living microcosm for activating a co-created economy that generates resilience and sustainable well-being for all.
