It’s a privilege to have not one, but two, Fabrix projects shortlisted in the MIPIM Awards 2023.

Roots in the Sky has been shortlisted for Best New Development – our pioneering and inclusive office building and rooftop urban forest on London’s Southbank, which redefines the boundaries of a commercial office development.

And our global changemaker campus Atelier Gardens in Berlin is up for Best Urban Regeneration Project – a progressive, sensitive and ongoing experiment in reuse and renaturing, breathing new life and purpose into one of Europe’s oldest film studio sites.

Both projects reflect everything that is most important to us at Fabrix – creative reuse and repurposing of buildings and materials, reprioritising nature and community, and embedding culture and thoughtful, high quality design across all that we do. All with a view to shaping a more sustainable world through the intelligent application of finance, technology and architecture.

It’s an absolute honour to have both projects selected, especially given the incredible quality and range of schemes assessed, which spanned 38 countries across the globe.

43 finalists representing the industry’s most useful, sustainable and visionary projects. and celebrating ground-breaking innovation, architecture, environmental qualities, integration and impact on the community.
