Hot on the heels of being named Sustainable Property Company of the Year at the Young Norwood Property Awards, we were totally thrilled to win Commercial Developer of the Year at The PROPS – the UK’s longest-standing property awards.
It’s an honour to be recognised by Variety, the children’s charity that funds and delivers life-changing programmes to support disabled children and young people, that promote independence, social inclusion, mobility and self esteem.
There are more than 1.3 million disabled children and young people, and nearly 4 million children living in poverty across the UK. Variety provides essential grants for specialist disabled equipment and wheelchairs; adapted, accessible transport for SEND schools and other non-profits; and memorable day trips.
The PROPS alone has raised over £10.5m across its 30 years, funding 2,100 custom-built wheelchairs and other essential equipment.
Congratulations to all our fellow nominees GPE, Helical plc, Muse Developments, Patron Capital, Prologis, SEGRO and Tristan Capital Partners.
The PROPS shortlists are by
nomination only, making the win
all the more special
