Seven months after completing the retrofit of Bow Bells, all 145,000 sq ft is now let.

The final 72,000 sq ft letting follows law-firm Bristows‘ pre-let of the upper floors for its new HQ – rounding off our repositioning of this landmark City building.

Bow Bells has been transformed for today’s occupiers – an all-electric workplace, generous landscaped terraces, a new arrival experience and enhanced end-of-journey facilities – all while retaining and building on the bones of the existing building.

As Development and Leasing Manager, we worked in close partnership with Fubon Life Insurance Company and Patrizia, shaping the strategy from the outset and carrying it through development, delivery and leasing.

It shows what our integrated investment, development and leasing expertise can achieve – working with owners and investment managers to unlock existing assets.

A huge thank you to the entire project and leasing team – Newmark UK and Knight Frank – who helped make it happen.

From the first ripple to the final letting, a fantastic result for everyone involved.

The bell has rung and our team are excited for what’s next.

“Bow Bells is an exceptional building in an unrivalled City location, and the speed of the lease-up is a strong endorsement of the approach we have taken with Fubon and Patrizia to its comprehensive retrofit.

To have fully let the building within seven months of completion is a powerful validation of our strategy, creating a high quality, relevant offer shaped around what today’s occupiers want.”
