Excited to share our latest project – the creative renewal of Bow Bells House – a 216,000 sq ft prime office building in the heart of the City of London.
Working as development and leasing manager on behalf of Fubon Life, our vision draw on Fabrix‘s extensive track record of repositioning assets, to ensure the building meets the expectations of leading occupiers once again.
The City is changing and our task is to bring Bow Bells house back online, with a razor-sharp focus on the elements that really matter – decarbonisation and the occupier experience.
Working closely with contractor Ikon and a project team including White Red, RHS Chelsea Gold Medal-winning landscape designer Harris Bugg Studio, and agents Knight Frank and Newmark, our high impact, targeted retrofit strategy will transform the building’s efficiency and occupier experience, through electrification and new, best-in-class communal areas, terraces and end of journey facilities.
Works will be delivered at pace, allowing for completion at a time when office supply is forecast to be significantly constrained in 2026.
This is an HQ building, in a prime City location on Cheapside that couldn’t be any better, directly adjacent to St Mary-le-Bow Church and the famed Bow Bells of Cockney legend.
Watch this space 👀 to see it teeming with life again and adding to the unrivalled buzz of the City of London.
