VALUE ADD

Atlantic Pavilion totals 79,989 sq ft across five floors with floorplates up to 18,000 sq ft. The building forms part of the Grade 1 listed Albert Dock Estate. The dockside estate opened in 1846 and delivered the first buildings in Britain to be built from cast iron, brick, and stone with no structural wood.

When it was first constructed the dock was revolutionary in its design because ships were loaded and unloaded directly from or to the warehouses. To this day the buildings at Albert Dock are recognised for their impressive warehouse architecture and longstanding historical importance.

Atlantic Pavilion provides a modern yet characterful workspace with exposed brick and vaulted ceilings, as well as impressive views out across the Dock. The dockside provides a diverse array of amenities with cafes, bars, hotels and wine bars, and cultural destinations such as the Tate.
