Nicholas Schiloff has joined the Fabrix team as Chief Investment Officer.

Nicholas brings over 12 years of real estate investing experience to our pioneering, vertically-integrated platform, having worked for leading institutional firms, including Blackstone, Mount Kellett and Hines.

He joins Fabrix from Blackstone, where he left as Principal after 7 years with the firm, with experience of more than €12 billion of private and public markets acquisitions in the U.K. and Europe. Notable investments in the U.K. include St Modwen Properties, BioMed Realty follow-ons, Sunset Waltham Cross Studios and The Arch Company.
